You can and do advocate Republican views freely, but don't link it to the state of the NHS. Until Private Healthcare and Education are abolished, people are free to avail themselves of it, if they can/want to pay. Kate is no different to any other rich person in that respect.

Are you deliberately missing part of the point that anybody else using the NHS would be unlikely to have around 23 staff to assist with the birth so the question is why does she?
