The stories emerging surrounding the 'windrush' scandal are truly despicable. Treatment of these people by the Home Office flies in the face of Britain's traditional values of fairness, righteousness and decency. @AmberRuddHR MUST resign.

Don’t agree that
@AmberRuddHR should resign over this. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a fan, but this mistake was caused by wild policy changes over the last 2 decades. First, relax immigration under Blair, then tighten immigration under Cameron. Rudd and May just need to fix it. -
She should have been on top of it. She says she does not know if anyone has been deported illegally - she should know. Many people could not leave the country for family funerals etc for fear of not being allowed to return - shocking. May & Rudd caused it. Rudd should resign.

There is no more doctrine of ministerial responsibility anymore. Of course she should resign and this whole policy was cooked up on May's watch. She should answer in full. Lost documents pfft. Its just like the paedo scandal.
