Because it was tragic for the deceased, tragic for the poor man who did it, tragic for all the families and loved ones of both of these. I expect if you killed someone in self defence even you would see it as a tragedy. Understand?

It wasn’t a tragic death. End of.
-
All deaths are tragic.
-
No they aren’t. Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Saddam, Gaddafi, Harold Shipman, Fred West, Ian Brady... I could go on for days. The world is a better place without any of them in it. Their deaths are positively good and to be cheered.
-
That's quiet a group a people to compare a small time thief to. And sometimes it is necessary for people to be killed but all deaths are a tragedy, and certainly not a cause for celebration. I genuinely pity you and anyone who can rejoice in anybody's death.
-
No, it was a response to your claim that all deaths are tragic. I’ve shown you how absurd your claim was. Of course I don’t think a burglar is the same as a mass murderer. But you knew that already.
-
Oh, and I didn’t rejoice in the burglar’s death. I just don’t think it’s a tragic death. There is quite a lot of grey area between those two points, you know.
-
Ever been burgled? Perhaps he should speak to his victims if he thinks burglary is small time crime. One less thieving scumbag we have to worry about.

Yes he was a burglar, yes he was wrong but he was still someone’s son, brother, friend and they may not view him as criminal. They have a right to commemorate him how they want!
-
They have a right to mourn him but not necessarily to do so in any way they choose wherever they choose.

Gotta love the PC term Traveller for the Gypos, considering given the chance they will squat in one place as long as possible.

Whilst I do agree with everything you’ve said here Julia I do also think, does it hurt anyone to let the family have the floral tribute up? People should just leave them to commemorate how they want.
-
Yes, it does. The family is putting up the tributes at the same time as threats have been made for revenge. They don’t need to leave flowers there.
-
Child 'Mummy, what are those flowers for?' Mum 'A man who made a living thieving from homes and ripping off the elderly and vulnerable' Child 'Ah, ok'
-
Spot on. It's pure and simple intimidation. If they want a shrine take it back to the crematorium or the caravan.

A person, another human being has been killed. This is nothing to be joyful over, whatever the circumstances.
-
I didn’t say I was joyful. I said it wasn’t a tragic death. Not the same thing.
-
Any normal person understands what you are saying Julia but far too many of the PC brigade will argue and pick flies with every one of your comments. The only victims in all of this are the 2 pensioners who have been driven out of their own home, they are the only ones I feel for
