Morning. Trying to be both knowledgeable and a good talker this morning whilst you're away. Fortunately @WhichPennySmith & @SophieJarvis94 have both qualities in spades.

How dare you suggest women have to have Fallopian tubes? I’m so triggered I’m reporting you for hate crime.

Hi Julia - would you like to come on the
@RadioToday industry podcast this week to talk about this, and your views on the gender pay gap in radio? Plus a nice chance to chat about your new breakfast show and how it's going? Stuart -

I don’t think whether they do or not qualifies them as male or female these days. It’s something to do with liking football or not I think.

Have two sons and a daughter, I am more worried for the boys future, UK seems to think all males are privileged, that’s the biggest lie of modern times!

It is obvious that there are not enough disabled red-haired experts with freckles and blue eyes on BBC programmes, and that steps must be taken to correct this.

Are we now going to get into a gender war of which expert is better the male one or the female one???? Absolute madness

#BBC doing women a disservice, public won't know whether their views are worthwhile & important or whether they're being given airtime to fulfill some daft 50/50 quotaThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

The BBC have, as usual, missed the point: Targets set by the rules of 'so defined' gender equality are of themselves inequitable.....an expert is an expert and should be selected on the basis of that expertise alone!

If there’s any chance this policy could mean less air time for Owen Jones on the BBC then it can only be a good thing

I now think the BBC Director General job should become a fixed term elected position ( 1 TV licence = 1 Vote). The aim being improved accountability, less belly button examination and better value. If you like the idea can you please RT to see if it can get support?
