Nope. Plus he has inadvertently revealed how lacking in morals the EU is that they wouldn't stand up to a crime unless you're part of their club. Nice.

I brought my children up to respect the truth. Hmm I wonder why I bothered, along comes leave, - and says "hey", "it's fine to lie", "we do it all the time". Morals, what morals? Those who believe in brexit have no morals,- they are pathological liars.

Trust me the EU need us over security more than we need the EU - our service is vastly superior. If Jack Straw does not think the EU will help - then to hell with them. Let's call upon USA & UN security Council!
-
What help did we have when there were troubles in NI.
-
Glad you asked that Derek because NORAID in the USA actually fund raised for Sinn Fein IRA and help prolong the troubles. So you are right. We can’t rely on the USA.

Yeah because they did it last time - Btw if someone releasing WMDs on your streets doesn't get a response from your 'allies' then they are shit and we should go get some decent ones
-
They did respond. Verhofstad even tweeted his support for UK and standing together. Julia's just cranking the handle. The monkeys are starting to dance.
-
I think she was making the comment on Jack Straw linking us getting support for against using a WMD on our streets and membership of the EU

This would be what is called the truth. Putin is attacking us because leave has weakened us.
-
Leave has been part of Russia's geo-political ambition since the 90s and was laid out in Dugin's The Foundations of Geopolitics, the standard text for Russia ruling class and military. Why are brexiters working with a hostile foreign power to damage the UK's interests?
-
A weakened Britain a weakened EU, a weakened US. A free hand for Nigels uncle Vlad.

But Brexit is a pet project for Putin. No?

-
The EU is a paper tiger. It's NATO he'd like to disrupt.
-
Yes, Putin would like to go for NATO. But disrupting the EU is a primary aim for Putin. The EU came into his backyard when former Eastern Bloc countries joined the EU. Brexit is a massive opportunity for him.
-
Thanks for making that point - I was a bit hasty in replying. Of course, UK-EU relations are at a new low point atm, so he's certainly got leverage he can exploit.
-
I’m not sure Brexiters will allow themselves to consider the geo-political opportunities Brexit offers Putin.
-
It depends. Twitter tends to obliterate nuance and you end up with the Ultras on both sides screaming at each other. More moderate voices can see both pros and cons.
-
Really? I’m not sure the hardline Brextremists are comparable to any pro EU accounts I’ve seen. For example, most businesses are non-ideological, they’re terrified of Brexit and have been cowed.
