You’re quite right, @Femi_Sorry, standing up against the result of a free and democratic vote is definitely something people should be ashamed of. Glad we agree on that.https://twitter.com/femi_sorry/status/971709860793503744 …

With all due respect, don’t really think you can speak for all Leave voters can you? The majority of people (prior to the referendum) had no meaningful awareness / knowledge / insight re: implications of
#Brexit on Northern Ireland. Indeed, never even got brought up in debates! -
We have now had the facts thrust at us ad nauseam and I still want to leave the EU.I don't know of any leave voters who don't.
-
You’re entitled to this view. And if your sure of your point then perhaps you should give everyone the privilege of allowing them to make a choice based on fact as you have now done.
-
There's no democratic mandate for a 2nd vote. 7.5% voted for one in June and 23 MPs in December. It's not about "facts" is it? We've lived with the EU and we don't like it. It's about bullying people into Remaining. You ought to be ashamed of yourself

you voted for this? https://twitter.com/faisalislam/status/971719241757020161 … well done, i guess.
-
There is already a caveat in there that they are not fully sure of the data!
-
every single official set of data so far has predicted less than what we have now or something far worse. same for non government data. meanwhile i have yet to see anything saying it'll be great in any form of quantity or quality.
-
How can these statistics be accurate until we know the inside and outs of the deals we will forge? Do they have a crystal ball?
-
every official & unofficial source uniformly state that we will be worse off. bank sources today have said they're relocating regardless of result. euroclear are taking 81k jobs with them. up to 38billion lost in tax revenue due to passporting. sorry, but you were sold a pup.
-
How do you know how we will be long term? It's impossible to predict because we don't know what we can achieve. Your negativity is the reason you lost the vote
-
you're not going to address any of the things raised that are, quite literally, happening now, are you? you think all those jobs going, right now, along with passporting after we leave, is a win? how do you think the 38 billion shortfall alone will be recovered? tick tock.
-
I could, but you have the fbpe tag and you will not only ignore any positives I post, you will try and debunk the source. This is why I only debate real people and not propagandists.

You had absolutely no idea, just like the rest of us. What you had in your own mind is a matter for you alone. And now for your conscience. Thankfully we have intelligent and caring people like Femi to counter your appalling views.

The leave campaign was "an exercise in dishonesty on an industrial scale" and it is undemocratic to suggest that people should now have an opportunity to consider the issue again once the reality of Brexit is known.
-
oops left out a rather important "not" there but hopefully people will follow my drift
