        It's not about not 'getting' it, it;s about believing it is inherently the wrong thing for the country; for some it's personal and serious (for example those with EU nationals in their families). Democracy means having the right to stand up for what you believe in.

        We can try, and we will, for as long as it takes. Too much is at stake, it could take decades to recover, we could lose too much and we will never accept that, but we still understand why it happened.

        At the moment we share intellegence on potential terrorists with other EU member states, we could lose access to that intelligence if we leave. In fact when TM was home secretary she sited that as a reason she backed remain.

        Remainers think they win the arguments by insulting people at every opportunity, false claims about people changing their minds, the list goes on and on. I have yet to hear one coherent argument for staying in, we can do everything for ourselves and so much better too.

        Spot on..some people In this county need reminding just how much we do for the world never mind Europe. The French can not even design their own bridges without our help. The only country in europe on a par is germany. They get more from us than we do them
