Everyone - and I mean EVERYONE - at Westminster and in the media knew Brendan Cox was a sex pest but they happily allowed him to play the saint anyway. Brendan Cox admits he was a sex pest and resigns from two charitieshttp://dailym.ai/2ogYjAe

The allegations re Save the Children were in the papers before his wife died. Not my story to tell when I have no evidence.

Dont try and make this about Julia. The truth is out there about Brandon Cox, the sexual predator who hid behind his charity work and played the saint. A vile man. I never liked him, he couldn't wait to get his face in front of the cameras and get all preachy!

I don't want to make this about anyone but Cox. But when a journalist says, "Everyone - and I mean EVERYONE - at Westminster and in the media knew Brendan Cox was a sex pest....." then it it has to be pointed out. We rely on journalists to inform.

We do John but it wasn't a secret. This man's actions were reported but until now, everyone chose to ignore it. Why, I do not know. I was disgusted to read he had behaved inappropriately towards women colleagues yet still he was treated like a saint! Why?

It also makes me wonder why Obama got so involved with Jo Cox death. Holding hands in America and releasing doves etc., Wasn't there some scandal hushed up about the Clintons and Haiti? Is this world being run by paedophiles and sexual predators? All protecting one another.

In the modern world of DNA, covert surveillance and social media you would think these predators wouldn’t take chances so perhaps you’re right, they believe gullible people will support them and save them from themselves no matter what they do. The public are less forgiving.

I think the majority of the public find this type of behaviour sickening but those at the top seem to be fine with it. I wonder if it's due to a privileged upbringing and whatever that entails. I do think there is a massive cover up, they protect each other.

This seems on the face of it to be a rather mixed message She "knew" crimes were being permitted, but did nothing, & justifies this claim by stating she had no evidence & "it wasn't her story" Normal public do not have the latter luxory; we are obliged to "own the story"

Time to clean out all these charities and Parliament. All are funded by taxpayers. It's disgraceful and has brought important institutions into disrepute. I don't care if they sit left, right or middle. Clean them out.

That is what they're trying to avoid! Charities are where ex-politicians, their relatives and friends get well paid for doing very little! Rip it up and start again!!!

Former servicemen & women should work in charities in these high profile jobs instead of ending up homeless. Many have great skill sets, have worked under pressure in awful environments and there will be detailed info about each employee.

That's a clever, common sense approach, but sadly that is not what runs these systems! They are run by privilege and greed!

Don’t talk rubbish. Let’s blame everyone else but poor Brendan. Jo coxs must have known, did she out her husband, no. Did her family know when they set up charities? Only one person to blame here & that’s Cox himself. Stop blaming others.
