“Easiest” means MOST easy. Not “not easy”. It means “more easy than any of a given set of alternatives”. As in VERY EASY. Being easy is REQUIRED in order to be easiest. In a Venn diagram, the “easiest” circle would be INSIDE the “easy” circle. STOP PRETENDING TO BE STUPID.

Maths A Level is easier than a Maths degree, which is easier than a Maths masters. The A level is the easiest of the three. That doesn’t make it easy. STOP PRETENDING TO BE STUPID.

Ok, so by that rationale you DO think Liam Fox thinks every other deal in history other than Brexit has been nearly impossible? Because that’s the only way that applies. Or are you being completely disingenuous in order to double down on having said something incredibly dumb?
-
That doesn’t follow at all.
-
Fine, whatever, I give up. “Easy” is the opposite of “easiest” if you say so. That’s actually one of the MORE logical positions currently being taken by the Brexit Moonies right now.
-
I didn’t say that either. And you know I didn’t. Why do you even need to include me in your conversations if you’re just going to make up what I’ve said?
-
Looks like Mitch had made with a deal with you. But fortunately, Brexit will be an easier deal as that deal was one of the many deals made in human history.

Person: Julia Hartley-Brewer is the easiest woman in human history. J H-B: Are you calling me easy? Person: No. Different words have different meanings. Now do you see how mental you sound?
-
Time for your tablets, I think.
-
Okay, so I take tablets and you want to attempt to stigmatise me for that? Wow. Keep it classy

-
Get a grip.
-
Oh you're such a foul woman. Mental health is not an acceptable means for insults. Grow up.
-
You must be talking to Heather, who told me I sound “mental”. Or did you just choose to ignore her tweet?
-
Check out Oxford online dictionary definition 2.1 and understand that I am not seeking to disparage people with mental illnesses. Different words, different meanings, see?
-
God, it must be exhausting being you.

Easiest in human history doesn't mean easy? Jesus.
-
Yes clearly if you say doing something will be the "easiest thing in human history" you're in no way suggesting it will be easy. If you say something is the "easiest thing in human history" obviously you mean it will be difficult. That's according to Julia anyway.
-
It's like sectoral impact assessments are not specifically an assessment of impacts on sectors either as DD clarified as well.

Do provide a definitive source for your spectacularly stupid assertion that “easiest in history” doesn’t in any way mean that
#Brexit trade negotiations would be easy? Must be easy to do? You’re supposedly a journalist so words are tools of your trade We’re waitingpic.twitter.com/yY2SKkaZK7

Is this like when they said they would give £350 million a week to the NHS but it was a different meaning of ‘give’?
-
When did they say that? Did you read what it said on the bus?
