Indeed. You're talking to a man who had to organise an overflow room at QMUL on Thursday, because we couldn't get everyone in to the main hall. Outside: around 10 (?) protesters.

This is actually a v good example of why there is not a problem. The BNP got 4000 votes out of a country of 60 million in 2017, six people out of a student population of 28 thousand (if they were all UWE students, which frankly I doubt).

It’s not on the fringe. People are being intimidated not to even attend debates or they’re not invited in the first place because of fears of violence like this. It’s much more widespread than a handful of idiots.
