Currently on the phone to @HSBC_UK. Imagine a call in which your first love breaks up with you while you’re having dental treatment without anaesthetic... and you’re still not even *close* to how painfully hard this phone call is.

@firstdirect I'm with First Direct, part of HSBC, and I've always found them to answer calls quite promptly, discuss problems in a courteous & friendly way, always call back when they say they will, and deal with problems efficiently.
