So-called 'positive discrimination for any group must involve negative discrimination for other groups.

Yes, against privileged white men. Uncomfortable isn’t it?

So you don't understand that discrimination in order to achieve a quota may give to the less able by penalising the more able? Or perhaps you do and self interest is colouring your view.

No, the point is the most able are often ignored for the less able because they look right. Remember meritocracy is our god.

I don't think you understand the concept of positive discrimination. It is not about prejudice based on misconception.

I do, but this is a distraction from the real issue and is usually brought up my hopeless white men. Under meritocracy we’re told the most able get the rewards. Nothing should stop this. Nothing, even people’s feelings.

Are you actually saying that feelings should in some way come before selection on merit? Also I don't understand your repetitive references to white men. It sounds a bit racist to me, by attributing certain characteristics to all white men.

Throughout my life I’ve be mismanaged by white men so I have evidence. Hopeless white men shouldn’t be managers based on the colour of their skin. Under meritocracy the most able should get the job. And we should force this in order to make Britain (or Spain) great again.

John this is an honest question...if a woman is a feminist and that's seen as positive. What's the male equivalent? Because if it's chauvinist that's seen as negative!! Ps. Love your show
