I’ve tried changing the name and address on a business account for over 4 years now. Been into the branch 14 times, filled in forms, board resolutions, the whole works. Every time they assure me it’s been done, but it hasn’t.

12 month NOW TV pass. Told I could start the 12 months at any time during my contract. Did it today. Apparently not. However I do have the written transcript from that chat aswell which confirms the specific question I asked about it.

You can sign up to NOWTV anytime during your contract but the 12 month does start from the contract start date regardless of when you register. Matt R
