          I’ve tried changing the name and address on a business account for over 4 years now. Been into the branch 14 times, filled in forms, board resolutions, the whole works. Every time they assure me it’s been done, but it hasn’t.

          1 hour and 30 mins on chat to be told they can’t help me and have to pass it on to customer complaints. This is a lesson in how to upset a customer. I eagerly wait for their call!

          12 month NOW TV pass. Told I could start the 12 months at any time during my contract. Did it today. Apparently not. However I do have the written transcript from that chat aswell which confirms the specific question I asked about it.

          You can sign up to NOWTV anytime during your contract but the 12 month does start from the contract start date regardless of when you register. Matt R
