There are always things that will be more suited for one sex than the other. Childbirth comes to mind. Men are really poor at this. In fact I think even with many thousands of extra years we still haven't managed. Celebrating the differences personally.

Why not just give them 50% before they start, load exams in their favour, women only short lists and starting salaries equal to experienced men?

If it was just women getting extra time I’d agree, but having read the article it looks like all students got extra time (not just Women). The blokes may not have used that time but that’s up to them...
