But how many civil servants who signed off on Carillion contracts despite very public warnings will have their bonuses withdrawn?

How much money was recovered from the bankers bonus payments? Precious little time is spent helping the sub-contractors. This is just an example of political point scoring and doing nothing to help the thousands of real victims.

I'm sure they'll get them in other ways, such as "expenses", etc.

The fact that we need to be told this, is in itself worrying.

We don't, they are in liquidation. However I doubt we have an interest. I bet the state is a big debtor.

Not sufficient. Should recover previous bonuses since profit warnings and also stop immediately salaries being paid to former Directors who've already stepped down. Who is paying their salaries?

I can't believe that under the extreme circumstances Carillon (and their entire supply chain) find themselves in, their bonuses wouldn't be blocked automatically!!

Deliberately running a business in the manner they did is indefensible and should be prosecuted but HS2 will be double the forecast cost and ought to be abandoned for a higher density system not conventional HSR
