Slight problem that it is “unlawful” reprehensible probably not the release was conducted in law. Again emotive reporting with no actual point of law.

The judiciary should be beyond the meddling of politicians swayed by a hyperactive media. NO matter how wrong or abhorrent we think the paroles boards judgment is, independent judiciary is the founding rock of a free country.

Left-leaning soft judiciary that is more concerned about the rights of the criminals rather than the victims? You need to reset your values OR perhaps invite the poor underprivileged lost lamb to come and live with you?

It also beggars belief that the Tories are trying to intervene in the judiciary's independence. No matter how bad we think the judgment is, a free country relies on being independent of public outrage and politicians looking for votes.

He's a dreadful man but he can only be sentenced for crimes he's been convicted of. The only route is to try him for further crimes. Parole B says he's no longer a risk. Is he terminally ill for example? It's a possibility. If true and made public would end problem.
