I’ve changed my profile to include #FBPE. I suggest all my followers do the same. It means Follow Back, Pro Exit, right? *innocent face*

Never have, funnily enough. But what you’re doing is a tad worse than duty free. It may be legal, but it’s immoral. x
-
You’ve never been in duty free? Don’t believe you tbh.
-
I don’t give a shit whether you do or don’t, tbh.
-
That’s anarchy right there, power to the people.
doughnut.

Yeah. Good comeback. Emojis really cap it off

Duty Free is not tax free: goods are free of excise duty (which applies only to tobacco, alcohol and mineral oils) whereas “tax-free” means that goods are free of VAT. Hope this helps you and your followers obvious ignorance in all things
-
What a pompous prig. So glad we're out.
-
We're not. Hope that helps your ignorance
-
Boy, your kind do hang on, don't you. Pathetic.

When you pay tax you support the infrastructure that keeps our country together and strong. Those that minimise tax payment are parasites on the UK and weaken it. The degree of damage depends on the amount you avoid paying.
-
How would you classify the people who don't work or pay in to contribute to the 'infrastructure' you refer to?
-
If you cannot you cannot, but patriotism is any act that benefits the country without direct benefit to oneself. So an act of charity is patriotic, but also not being bullied and standing firm against racism, sexism, povertism. These acts encourage one for all and all for one, UK
-
If you cannot, you cannot. If you are lucky enough to be a high earner, you should pay your fair share.
-
And what equates to 'fair share'? Considering the reports that the top 5% are already paying more than they ever Have that is? In 70s Labour had tax rates to 90% & wealthy left the country.....so where's the equilibrium you're quoting?
-
As determined by HMRC and the Govt.
-
Is that not what happens now? Except for accountants recommendations on transactions for limiting liabilities? Is that wrong? E.g. I felt really sad for Gary Barlow hounded for tax avoidance as if he's a skilled tax consultant - did you?
-
No I didn’t. In fact I loathe him for cheating the tax system. Same with Lewis Hamilton, Bono et al.
