          yes, but people do still die "earlier" - nothing was incorrect in what he's said. It doesn't cause people to die as you've argued rightly in the past but it does cause them to die earlier.

          She's generally been good on this in that she's pushed the point that air quality doesn't in itself kill 40k people - but to claim it doesn't end lives early is ludicrous.

          Well I'd not like to use "ever"...but its not about benchmarking with the past so much as what impact does it have on respiratory disorders and overall mortality. Even the most cynical of academics admit it shortens life scale is often the debate
