Great interview with Robert Halfon. As a remain voter, I agree with everything he said .I would now vote to leave,as i now realise the eu are just a bunch of dictators, and ant-democratic fascists

40 billion is peanuts for Tories, they paid DUP 1 billion. Student debt is over 100 billion. Priorities, Tories? All about self and we still don't know how much it will cost to leave the EU. Probably more than it cost us to stay in. But never mind Tory la la land strikes again

Remind me which way the balance of trade is ? We pay up front to be allowed to spend more with them than they spend with us ? Have the Government gone mad ?

Why not ask why Government is prepared to offer more money? The answer is that without a deal our economic losses, and consequential loss of tax revenues, will be far greater than the sum being offered.

I don’t get what the big deal is about the settlement figure. By my reckoning it’s money we would have to pay out if we voted remain anyway(just sooner)

Offering £40bn will alienate the #Conservatives grassroots. Where is the money from our investments? #Brexit
