Yes, we *literally* voted for this to happen. Perfectly obvious that EU agencies would move to an EU country when we voted out. Bye bye.https://twitter.com/eu_commission/status/932683944243363840 …

Nice omission, Julia. The UK doesn’t pay for entire EU budget. UK taxpayer wld pay 10-15% hotel bills. Remaining 85-90% by other nations
-
We're net contributors. Most countries aren't. Everything the EU spends in the UK is, to all intents and purposes, paid for by us.

When you’re in a hole Julia stop digging. You’re just making yourself look even more stupid.

As I understand it we contribute a maximum of 15% of EU budget. So that’ll be 85% of the hotel bill not paid by us. Regardless, it’s 100% British based hotels and their supply chains who’ll lose out.

Yes, calculating loss to eco must incl multiplier effect from 36k visits foregone. Not just £ in hotels, rstrnts, shops, but their spending in turn. That, plus jobs gone = tangible loss. Ah, but you can feel the extra sovereignty can’t you? Great day’s work patriotic Brexiteers!

No many paid for by firms who visit the agency in order to shape regulation...don't be disingenuous.
