As a remainer employed in financial services, we need to threaten walking away and if need be, do it! Our negotiating skills are awful.

it certainly doesn't help with so many trying to derail it either. (as a remainer too)
-
Once we know what we're dealing with, we can [de]regulate (!) for its impact to limit damage to the City, but limbo is doing more harm than good.
-
absolutely agree 100%. Paralysis by analysis, same old rubbish, no action.

Another reason I voted leave.
-
What? John Redwood?
-
No the way the EU behave. Everything they touch seems to be are about face. They don't seem to be able to see there own downfall.
-
Really. So the EU is facing 'downfall' is it? Interesting take. By 'interesting', I mean stark raving mental, of course.
-
Love people who are blind to facts. Mass unemployment. Citizens rebelling. Quantitative easing. Racial unrest. Hmmmm looking good for Europe
-
Yep - compared to the U.K Germany is an economic wasteland and the rest of the EU is consumed by 'citizens rebelling'. Gibberish. Delusional gibberish.
-
What an incredibly stupid tweet. I didn't realise Germany was the whole of Europe.

Yep; absolutely stupid covers it. We represent 8% of EU exports, whilst we export 48% of ours to them. They can cope with the loss, whilst our economy will become a basket-case:pic.twitter.com/URDBieclS5

Yes when we leave they will loose £350b and counting, plus trade, plus percentage of our massive sales outside of EU. Plus VAT. I think they just might miss us. Efficient versatile UK companies already prepared for WTO rules.
-
Your Tweet is rubbish from start to finish. Yes, they’ll miss us, but nothing like we’ll miss them. This is the tariff regime our businesses will face under WTO rules:pic.twitter.com/SwvY0Z4EJ8

I prefer to listen to business people not EU funded theorists.

Ok, then read this to see how concerned business is to have continued access to the EU: Theresa May to meet EU business leaders http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-41962813http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-41962813 …

The CBI a well paid EU body who haven’t offered one good piece of advise yet.
-
I think they listen to their member businesses. And it’s ‘advice’ not ‘advise’.
