Because he’s smart, is an enormously successful businessman who has a ton of experience in export/import. Given Brexit is largely about trade, his thoughts are very valid.

I would rather listen to Dyson who has been right so often than politicians who have got it wrong so often.

As a leave voter, I find it interesting that Mr Dyson is also a Brexiteer. He was front and centre in favour of joining the Euro 20 years ago. If we had, Brexit would be impossible now. "The sinner has found religion."

Because he's an extremely intelligent self made multi millionaire who makes it his business to know what's right or wrong for his empire so it can flourish, him highlighting these points shows its not all doom and gloom for trade once we've left EU.

Because he’s one of our most successful engineer entrepreneurs, runs a global business and knows how it all works. Not the sort of corporate bureaucrat that is often wheeled out to talk for the industrial sector, for sure, to his great credit.
