        Each officer on the street with camera and microphone, when making statement of what occurred use software to produce the statement. Save tonnes of time.

        What I found with the public sector is they have forms dealing with every possible thing that can go wrong. This is so the senior managers are completely covered, and it's the lower ranks who have to waste time filling them in.

        Ever had your car vandalised? I even had to try & get cctv myself but couldn't get it without direct police request. So I gave up.

        I witnessed a neighbour doing it to another neighbour's car. Gave hour statement to police who chose not to prosecute as he was 70 yo.
