        Of course they are. My 17 yr old is a party member. She gave me hell on June 8th for having her a yr too late. She was 17 on June 7th .

        Plenty on there to say they need consent or limited by age. Would probably also need parents to drive them to the polling station

        Even at mu great age I can walk to the polling station, the younger folk I know are more politically aware then any of the older ones
