Patronising much? You know perfectly well other EU nations would go ahead with an EU army without us. They'd fudge the veto. And you know it
So you knew the law allowed us to block it, deliberately chose not to mention that fact, but contend the law would just be ignored?
What about visa free travel for Turkey? Did you know the proposals did not apply to the UK and choose not to mention it or did you not know?

When you have things published that absolutely aren't true, then yes, it's perfectly acceptable.
