Do you see peaceful dissent as disrespectful? Does that mean that all you Eurosceptics have been disrespectful for the last 30 years?

It's not remotely disrespectful to peacefully protest. But what they want to happen disrespects the outcome of a democratic vote.

So, to repeat the question you avoided, what you have wanted to happen for many years, disrespected the previous democratic vote?

No. The 1975 vote wasn't for a political union. And it was 41 years before the next referendum. Happy to have another referendum in 40 years

Referendums should be held if there is evidence of a public shift in opinion. This may be inevitable with the ongoing effects of Brexit.
