The EU couldn't care less. But the member states of the EU absolutely DO care about getting a good deal for their citizens & businesses.https://twitter.com/iaindale/status/903247466413350912 …

Let's remind everyone that it is.

The EU is not even a government, it's a club, a club that is trying to scare its members by blackmailing UK. How can you defend such filth?
-
It's a 'club' that has supported peace and prosperity in Europe, created an economic internal market that UK is desperate to remain within
-
Peace is down to NATO, not desperate to stay in single mark', but want access, which they want to to us. U overlook a lot of bad
-
NATO secures external borders, not internal. The reality is that UK needs access to the single market more than EU needs access the UK
-
Most in NATO, hardly going to fight each other. Not reality, desirable for some, certainly not essential
-
Are you suggesting UK don't need easy access to internal market? Please check priority 1 on CBIs top priorities http://www.cbi.org.uk/business-issues/brexit-and-eu-negotiations/ …

What provides you with that insider knowledge? So you are arguing that the EU works against interests of EU27 when negotiating with the UK?
-
No knowledge, just knows her fanbase laps up faux patriotism, so tells them what they want to hear.
-
The all giving EU....
The Polish and Hungarian PMs have really gushed recently about how EU have their true interests at heart. -
Yeah, anyone asking to leave? Even Greece has 58% in favour of remaining.
-
Is that 58% and rising? Falling?...... Anyway, I was under the impression we're actually past the 'asking to leave' stage.

-
Well as Greece's economy ( as well as EU in it's entirety) is growing, I'd say rising, but if you know better wake me up.
