The Welsh govt wants to double the number of Welsh language speakers. But why? And should this be a priority? Up next on my @talkRADIO show

Our national identity and culture is bound up with our language. You are attacking it by questioning why we should want more Welsh spoken.

Genuine question: Would you consider a Welsh-speaker to be more Welsh than someone born and bred in Ceredigion who only speaks English?

There isn't a level of Welsh. If you identify as Welsh then for me that's it, you are Welsh.
