Just waited in line 25 mins at the Post Office to get proof of postage. Staff sent on lunchbreaks while 30 people queued. Unbelievable.

Wouldn't it be great, if they employed people to cover lunch breaks. Oh wait, no that envolves paying someone to do a job.

Are staff not allowed lunch or should they be there just to serve you ?

They are indeed allowed lunch. But not at the PO's busiest time. When I was a waitress, do you think I took my lunch break between 1pm-2pm?

You had a lunch break? I used to work split shifts as a waiter moons ago and never got a break. Had to eat in between. Bloody hotel work!
