          Never a good idea. Had so many problems with EU & other nursing staff not understanding patients or severity of conditions, etc.

          Had elderly family members who couldn't understand nurses & vice versa-frightening & isolating. Many danger areas due 2 poor language skills

          Here is an idea, why don't we train our own nurses rather import from outside the UK? Govt like the CBI don't want to pay to train & retain

          Language barrier. It makes elderly patients in particular more anxious and have less confidence in those responsible for their care

          For me social care is a major issue we need more putting into social care and those that work in this area. Care workers deserve more money.
