          Hear hear! We were asked to just assume the young girl's story 100% correct with no evidence. Question shouldn't have been allowed

          Still have a duty to assess prior to handing out taxpayers money. I would hope though it is done with a decent level of compassion.

          The assessor won't look at med evidence even if claimant takes it with them. I agree relevant questions have to be asked but MH v hard 1/2
