        Security was devolved to the NHS Trusts. People complain when ministers mess with the #NHS then when they don't. 🙄

        No but it wasn't a global crash, Australia, Canada etc did just fine. Labour by removing debt monitoring from BOE allowed it to happen.

        The Trusts should carry more accountability. Some spend their money on cyber-security, some spend it on diversity officers.
