Critics obsess about lack of poorest kids at grammars. Only 1 in 3 getting free school meals get 5 good GCSEs at comps. Worry about *that*.

I never made that claim. We were talking about academic performance, and why Comps don't deliver. Blaming the schools isn't justified.

It doesn't matter if it's a comp or grammar,ultimately it's down to ones attitude to learning..& nothing to do with wealth

Which is exactly the point that I was making; get the attitudes right, and the rest follows. I didn't mention wealth either.
