People who get community service reoffend less than those who get short sentences. Fewer people should go to prison.

That's interesting. If you look at suspended sentences there is 9% less reoffending, but you might make same argument, I suppose.

Send fewer people to prison. Or find the £multibillions it would cost to keep the current population in safe conditions

agree with you on that! And to provide proper drug rehab, education and work training. Happily pay more tax.
