In case any right-on #boycottbyron numpties were wondering: illegal workers bring down the wages for legal workers in low skill jobs. Duh.

Anyone who joins #boycottbyron is backing criminal acts, people trafficking & exploitation. Well done, you. Enjoy your moral superiority.

Surely companies that employ cheap labour with few questions asked are primarily at fault? Easy to verify status, yet they don't.

oh well, that's that then! Pay £5 an hour and say no more. #torybritain2016 is exploitative, cruel and venal. From the top down.

no, they were paid min wage as legal workers but had lied about their status - a criminal act. Which bit don't you understand?

I wouldn't think so in this case, Byron hadn't realised they were illegal workers and should have paid them normal wages.

yes, in THIS case, but many thousands work for below min wage as illegal workers

          1. Employers bring down wages not migrants. 2. You don't care about precarious or underpaid workers so don't be a hypocrite.
