        @floyd_dylan it's one thing an employer never paying for breaks, it's quite another for them to stop doing so in return for pay rise.

        @JuliaHB1 do people get paid for a lunch break generally then? I'm in work for 39.5hrs but only get paid for 37hrs - thought this was normal
