@JuliaHB1 that assumes that you can equate a test with good teaching. This is not true. I've been in schools - good results- bad teaching -
@RogMcDonald yes, because the kids are learning at home not at school. The baseline tests are a good indicator of that. -
@JuliaHB1 no they are learning at school, learning to pass a test. Teaching is not good because of system.
