@JuliaHB1 I largely agree but Oxbridge still have a duty to help dispel myths about them which stop many state schoolers from applying. -

@tomholder good grief, are we blaming the media now? Teachers more to blame for telling kids it's not for them. Have heard that many times. -

@JuliaHB1 Have you ever asked a student why they don't apply? I used to spend much time pushing kids to apply to top universities.
