Perhaps these women don't want to go to a job that pays buttons when you can earn a fortune doing that. #justsayinghttps://twitter.com/JuliaHB1/status/669099885958971392 …
@Alison_Douglaz perhaps they don't but I would still argue that it is not a job that society should promote/encourage

@JuliaHB1 And I don't either (as such) but I believe in personal choice. Minimum wage = misery. Benefits = even more misery. -
@Alison_Douglaz why do those have to the only choices? -
@JuliaHB1 Because what other unskilled jobs pay fortunes -
@Alison_Douglaz few, but most women living on low incomes don't choose to become sex workers, do they? What does that tell you? -
@JuliaHB1 Fair enough. All I'm saying is some women choose that life. So why punish someone for selling something that belongs to them? -
@Alison_Douglaz because they choice is rarely a "free choice" in the true sense of the words. Desperate, abused, scared, not empowered. -
@JuliaHB1 I don't disagree with that in some cases. But surely you must agree with me that some women DO choose this (to make money)
