@JuliaHB1 As a kid, I didn't want to "exercise" but if there was an incentive (like a sport) I enjoyed, then I'm unwittingly doing it. -
@JuliaHB1 Now try convincing a kid who just wants to have fun to walk. It sounds like a chore to kids without incentives. -

@JuliaHB1 Because they draw enjoyment from it. Try telling someone who loves computer gaming to "drop down and give me 20!"... -
@TheSplinterCell kids who spend all their time computer gaming have bad parents too. No good parent allows non stop gaming. -
@JuliaHB1 I agree gaming should be somewhat policed because it's addictive and unproductive but that still doesn't ensure they'll exercise.
