Researchers tried & tried & tried & never found evidence people come here for benefits. They come here for work, opportunity and fairness.
@IanDunt that's what I thought but many may still hear from friends/family already here that they "earn" £ - but that incs benefits/credits

@JuliaHB1 Iff you want to start a campaign against low pay, I'm with you. If you want to say migrants come for benefits, it's simply wrong. -
@IanDunt regardless of why they came. When I lived abroad, I didn't expect those countries' taxpayers to fund me. It's just daft.
