I'm sure there's a perfectly good reason why Shaker Aamer felt he needed a false Belgian passport to do "charity" work in Afghanistan in2001

@adibeasley what's mean spirited about that tweet.? -
@JuliaHB1 The implication in your tweet that Shaker Aamer was actually guilty of a crime all along... -
@JuliaHB1 What point were you trying to make then and for what purpose? - 1 more reply

Shaker Aamer is freed: The man who took his pregnant wife and 3 young kids from safety of UK to Taliban-run Afghanistan in 2001. As you do.

@JuliaHB1 jog on. Judge jury and executioner now are ya? -
@AhmedLoonat not at all, merely stating some facts -
@JuliaHB1 lol. Loaded with bias and intent. -
@AhmedLoonat nah, just relevant facts. -
@JuliaHB1@AhmedLoonat dodgy passport, took WHOLE family to Taliban controlled Afghan so he can do 'charity' work.. yup not dodgy at all erm -
@scottamylola@JuliaHB1 I agree it looks weird. Worth an investigation. Subsequently cleared. No charge. No trial even. - 4 more replies

@JuliaHB1 Are you suggesting that justifies a decade of detention without trial? -
@JuliaHB1 Then why have you tweeted that? -
@IrishguardShaw just because someone may or may not have committed a crime, it doesn't mean they deserve detention without trial. -
@JuliaHB1 Read your exchange with Stella Creasey re tampons. Feel that you are off down the same road she took. Answer the question. -
@IrishguardShaw I have answered your question. There's no reason to believe Aamer's innocent. But doesn't justify holding him without trial -
@JuliaHB1 the very fact that he hasn't been charged or put on trial is more than enough reason to consider him innocent -
@RmSalih if you say so. - 1 more reply
