      @JuliaHB1 People who work, pay their taxes, also claim tax credits - including the self employed. No it's not a magic money tree.

      @Rosiecosy if you're getting tax credits, you are almost certainly not a net taxpayer so, yes,tax credits are paid from OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY
