        @JackofKent I realise that you are the legal expert, not me, but protection of our human rights in the UK does not require ECHR.

        @JackofKent I don't disagree with any of the rights contained in it, I just dispute that we only have them BECAUSE of the HRA. We don't.

        @JuliaHB1 @rfesteadman you mean the ECtHR? ECHR is the the European Covention on Human Rights. Because too many of our courts make perverse
