@PeteyMonster so the word "blame" means exactly the same as the word "responsibility", does it? I don't think so.

@JuliaHB1 If you tell a rape victim "you are responsible for being raped", that sure sounds like blame to me. -
@PeteyMonster no, telling women they have a responsibility to themselves to minimise their risk of being raped/harmed is just common sense. -

@JuliaHB1 Again, it turns into this sense of women being responsible for their own assault if it happens, which is incredibly harmful. -
