Latest telegraph article by @JuliaHB1 talks about pay being based on the value of what people do. What do you earn Julia?
@bolshevik1953 @RMTLondon yeah, but I never had a problem debating that with Bob the many times that we talked.

Debate is better when people are open about their own position, especially when it becomes personal i.e. your response to Kate.
@JuliaHB1 -
@RMTLondon I didn't make that conversation personal, Kate did. She wrote the blog of her own free will. I deliberately didn't identify her. -
How is your 'dear Kate' article, telling Kate she earns too much (after the article saying she should be sacked) not personal?
@JuliaHB1 -
@RMTLondon should I have ignored her instead? Then you'd have accused me of that! Her choice to go public with her personal life, not mine. -
It speaks volumes that you comment on others pay but won't state your own. Is it that you recognise it will weaken your argument?
@JuliaHB1 -
@RMTLondon let's say I earn £30k a year or £50k or £80 or £100k or £200k: what difference would each pay rate make to my argument and yours? -
Well give us a figure and we can see. You could then argue it is not important. Needn't be precise. Over £100k £150, more...
@JuliaHB1 -
@RMTLondon no, why don't you give me a response based on each of those figures. - 3 more replies
