@JuliaHB1 Why publicly embarrass yourself Julia? It's really not necessary http://climate.nasa.gov/scientific-consensus/ …
@Louis_Akindele No there has not been any warming for 18 years. If CO2 emissions it blame, we'd have seen clear warming for past two decades

@JuliaHB1 this discussion last night led me to some simple further reading and analysis. You may have moved on but I have a few points: 1.. -
@JuliaHB1 bast and spencer authors of wsj article are key members of the heartland institute. I am sure you are aware of their funding. 2.. -
@JuliaHB1 David legates author of their key article is in trouble for undisclosed fossil industry support. Not for the first time. 3.. -
@JuliaHB1 legates study works by altering the definition and wording required to support climate change being caused by humans. -
@JuliaHB1 he claims only 1% of articles support human cause while other studies quoted by wsj article give 98% support and 75%.. -
@JuliaHB1 based on surveys. So we are to believe that all the scientists are supporting something that has almost no evidence in literature -
@JuliaHB1 clearly something very wrong with his claims and his article. It doesn't make any sense. -
@JuliaHB1 here is a response from the author of the initial 97% study: http://www.theguardian.com/environment/climate-consensus-97-per-cent/2014/may/28/wall-street-journal-denies-global-warming-consensus … thanks for prompting my further reading!

@JuliaHB1 that is not true. As I said before there has been warming. And there have been 'stable' periods before and subsequent sharp risesThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
