@JuliaHB1 I imagine, as a school governor, that most schools would try and develop the maximum potential in every child -
@matt_shakey oh, and BTW, it is quite clear that not all schools develop every child's potential. If they did, fewer kids would fail.

@matt_shakey the intake matters to the extent that it provides other kids with parents who value education. Not all do. Key factor.
