If you care about public health, you can start by subsidising gym membership in disadvantaged communities. But that costs money.
@IanDunt and by all means subsidise price of some fruit and veg at the same time. But people will always make poor choices. Their "right" ?

@JuliaHB1 taxing unhealthy food not the way to go, subsidising health food is. But as I say, stick is cheaper then carrot. -
