@TheStaunton sounds sensible to me. But there falls the problem of national wage agreements in any large or international company. -
@alsblackberry_7 yes but should we have national agreements or treat Bradford & Westminster as separate organisations in terms of wage rates -
@TheStaunton traditionally that's why most companies pay a London allowance and weighting due to the different living costs. -
